Not every Analytics project needs to be about complicated Data Science. Sometimes you only need support to define metrics (KPIs) that make sense for the organisation and the management.
BUSINESS UNDERSTANDING
Before defining any KPIs, there's a need to understand what is actionable. There are tons of metrics that can be followed. I help to identify those that are more relevant for the business and the different teams.
DATA NEEDS MAPPING
Once conceptual KPIs have been defined it's important to understand if the data is available, with which frequency is updated and if it has an acceptable quality.
DATA EXPLORATION & VISUALIZATION
Once the data is made available, I conduct a first explorative analysis to determine the richness of if. Form hypothesis and visualize the information. Present the results to validate with business owners.
